Problem Statement

Pathfndr has an IP feature that goes by the name of "Plan a trip". Now this feature, enables users to get travel recommendations powered by AI, that fit within the users budget, reason of travel (relaxation, sightseeing, etc), and the quality of travel(living with locals, ultra luxury, etc).

The "Plan a trip" feature on Pathfndr.io currently exhibits several UX flaws, hindering the user experience and potentially leading to sub-optimal engagement. Users may encounter challenges in navigating the interface, experiencing difficulties in personalizing their travel itineraries, and encountering inconsistencies in recommendation delivery. Addressing these UX issues is crucial to enhance user satisfaction, streamline the trip planning process, and ensure a seamless and intuitive experience within the platform.

UX Issues

The "CREATE PACKAGE" CTA button appears to have some sort of functionality, but it actually does not. The CTA also diverts the user's attention to it, but in order to create a package, the users need to first "Add a trip".
